TRUE POINTS are earned by playing in real money raked ring games and the greater number of points that you accumulate, the higher status level you attain.

• One (1) point is earned for playing in a real money raked hand.
• True Points will also be paid out in free roll tournaments, high hand jackpots, participation in customer surveys, bonuses, awards, and other special events or offerings.
• By accumulating True Points, players can graduate to different Status Levels.
• Your Status Level is determined by the total points earned over a rolling
  four (4) month period.
• True Points account information and the corresponding Status Level are displayed in the Cashier window.

The Status Level is adjusted on a 10 day cycle. Your most recent 10 day activity replaces your oldest 10 day activity, within a given 4 month period.  You will be alerted if your current activity is falling below the threshold necessary to maintain your Status Level.

• As a special thank you for your loyalty and patronage, we have established your initial Status Level based on your level of play over the last 12 months. In order to maintain your Status Level, you must maintain the Point threshold as outlined below. 
• True Points are flexible, they can be redeemed for special tournament buy-ins, promotions, contests and other prizes that are introduced from time to time. 
• A players Status Level may be used to determine eligibility for special tournaments, promotions, contests and other prizes that are introduced from time to time. 
• If a player elects to redeem True Points, the Status Level of the player is not affected.
• True Points are not transferable between player accounts.
• The True Poker Points program is designed to reward good customers. True Poker management reserves the right to withhold or deduct True Points from any player found to be abusing the program in anyway. 
• True Poker management reserves the right to alter all, or any part of the True Points program or cancel any tournament, contest or promotion without advanced notice.
  
  
  

All Platinum and Gold Players are now eligible to redeem True Points for True Poker Chips. Click on the "Cashier" tab then select "Redeem points for chips".

Rookie	Less than 2,000 True Points (less than 2,000 raked hands over a rolling 4 month period.)	All specified merchandise
